The cab was clean. The back had a gooey and slippery substance that a previous renter must have spilled. This substance covered about half the floor. I had to scrape it up with a putty knife and mop the floor before we could load our contents into the truck.

Sara YEasy to pick up unit with good cell service for use of app
SHAWN MI attempted to get the key a lockbox and it was wedged in there. It took me 45 minutes to jiggle it loose. Recommend ensuring that when keys are placed back in the self-serve lock box, they are anyway that they do not get jammed when a customer tries to open it.
Jennifer KTo be able to take pictures of the vehicle at this location, it needs to be parked parallel to the highway. I found it very difficult to get acceptable pictures for the mobile pick up. Hence, I left it parallel to the highway!
