The associate at this store was incredibly rude and greeted me as I should have not stepped foot into the store if I check in via the internet. I informed her that I was already charged the fee for the truck and for my supplies.She said she did not see that and charged me AGAIN. I spent maybe 30 minutes with this flustered associate trying to figure out what went wrong. She went about her ordinary process of how she checks customers out and I feel as if I was a different case so maybe she should have inquired in obtaining information from her manager before going any further, this all would have been avoided. Then she argued with me about the supplies I already purchased and the quantity of items. It said clear as day on the screen that I paid .99 for 5.00 quantity of boxes. She said I paid for only 1 box for $5!!!!!! I then mentioned to her that there was 3 spots on the vehicle that were damaged that did not have the "x" sticker and she rudely told me to go walk around the truck again. I told her, I'm telling you what damage the truck has, she replied, fine, I'll put in the system that you refused to check the vehicle. I took the document and went to write down the mileage and returned it to her WHILE I WAS ON THE PHONE WITH UHAUL CUSTOMER SERVICE.She told me that I didn't return to her the board she provided me with NOR DID I WRIITE DOWN THE DAMAGE ON THE VEHICLE (BECAUSE SHE NEVER TOLD ME WHERE TO WRITE SAID DAMAGE). THIS ASSOCIATE DIDN'T EVEN PROVIDE ME A PEN TO WRITE WITH. I went back outside to check if I mistakenly did not return said board and she came outside stomping and returned my document saying I can go now, I never had the board she mentioned I did not return to her. Customer service witnessed her attitude while I was on the phone as well and I asked the gentleman that was assisting me to take note of my experience as well. Lastly, upon returning my truck, I used less than 1/4 of gas and was charged around $30! WHICH I WAS NEVER INFORMED OF! My is my first and will be my last experience with uhaul.

The uhaul truck should have never been release to driv 14 plus hours. The worst experience I have ever had with Uhaul. I contacted a representative 3 times and each time I was on hold for about 45 mins. Everything is in the Report when I spoke with the representative. Please read report when I spoke to Uhaul

First my original drop location was 4207 West Bank expressway Marrero, LA., however when I got to the location it was an abandon building. I call customer service for help and was sent to this above location. The guy was nice, but he did not help me get my car off the auto transport. He stated they were not allowed,but my pick up location did it for me. When I asked him to verbally tell me he said he can help me once he was off the clock. I found it very disappointing that I was just left there to figure it out for myself. Even if the store policy was for them not to unhook what they did, someone could have given me instructions. This is poor business practices.

I was charged $150.00 for two damages that I didn't put on the truck. Damages that was on the the truck before I picked it up. Dent so small on the front bumper that you can't see it. When I picked up the truck it had a trailer hitch on it from someone else. I am being charged because I didn't look at the bumpers, when I was looking fro damages on the body of the truck. I am very displeased with this outcome.

When I reserved the trailer online, I was instructed to go to the Fort Knox location on Lapalco Blvd. However, it wasn't there and I was told to call the service telephone number to find where my reservation was directed, which was the 7201 Westbank Expwy location. The people there were very nice and helpful. Your online reservation needs to be more accurate locating what is requested.

Was sent to the wrong place as per the reservation to start it off. Then when we got the vehicle, it was just a nudge below full. I should have said something then but I didn't. We filled it right back up to the mark it was on when we got it but they when we went to return the vehicle, they wanted to charge me extra because it wasn't directly on the F. We were told to have it back at the spot it was on which was a smidgen from it. Then had to add a little more distance on also to get to the gas station to fill it. The station was right next to the place but to get back you have to go all the way around on the expressway. Just horrible.
