The service was excellent and Hamid was cooperating and spending extra time above and beyond to accommodate all my needs even if they came up in the last moment. Hamid is a very knowledgeable with great personality and very pleasant to deal with. I will highly recommend him to the any one whom I know.

I had a confirmed reservation thru the Uhaul head office with 220 free KM; upon pick up of the vehicle, I was being charged for 146 extra KM; after a confirmation was received. When I received my final bill, I was charged for 146 KM extra; I called head office; was advised that policy is to only allot 150 KM per trip. I told CMR that my confirmation and reservation was made thru the head office and was provided 220 KM free; and it cannot be arbitrarily changed without advising me. I was again explained company procedure and was told nothing could be done for me; that I would need to contact the location I picked the truck up from. I spoke to Hamid from the Bentley location; who understanding the situation; as I had picked the truck up from him the day previous, credited me $14.00 .... which was less then I was charged. Also, when I received the truck; it was filthy, Hamid sprayed a bleach product on the door, steering wheel and dash area to 'sanitize' the truck before I took it. This should have been done prior - the bleach product he used - now I have while bleach stains on my jacket. This is absolutely unacceptable service.
Business owner was professional and helpful. The store was a little out of the way but not terribly hard to find. Vehicle/dropbox/instructions are in the back parking lot like most other places. Satisfied rental.

The mobile pickup was not activated and I had to go in to get the keys and swipe my card. There is also a charge of $15 for credit card payment and it is not clear what this charge is for.
I stood at the counter both at pick up and drop off for 10 minutes waiting to be served when it turns out the proprietor was just in the other room on his computer. Had I not started calling for assistance I'm sure I would have been there another 30 min.
Give me the truck that I had reserved and not wait until 2 days to let me know it's not available.

The truck was clean, however it was not well maintained because fuel started leaking out from under the truck midway through our move. We were not able to fully complete our move because the truck was not drivable and no other trucks were available. (we got most of the stuff to our new house, but we were not able to go to another location to pick up the rest of our stuff after we unloaded the first load)
Excellent service and everything was in order. I would highly recommend them.

Very friendly service and very helpful
The gentlemen working at 151 Bentley Avenue was professional, easy to talk with and efficient. The challenge is from Uhaul booking and drop off process. I order a truck for 24 hrs and at a specific location and the confirmation came back as 4 hr rental pick up at a different town. When using the drop off app the site would not accept my location.
Using 24/7 review is very slow. I waited for an hour. This is where I am very dissatisfied.
The separate key provided which presumably was for the padlock on the back did not seem to fit. Please check and change the key or lock if needed.
Place clear signs indicating where to park the trucks for return. And where to return keys and other small equipment.
Hard to find, not clear where to park, no signs.

mobile app failed to do most basic task. Horrible experience with mobile the mobile app, very frustrating to use. Web app isnt any better either. Spams user to get add-ons and even preselectes amount of padding blanket... Why? The only good experience I had with Uhaul was the customer support. If I remember her name correctly, Nadia, she was very quick to response and resolved all issues. 1. Uhaul should get rid of the mobile app 2. Revamp the web app, make it easy and simple to use. 3. Hire a dozen more of Nadias

Although the location and the truck was correct. I am upset about my reservation. I booked a truck in person at the Angus Glen Convenience, L6C 0M4, on Friday for Saturday June 20 at 1.00 pm. I was informed that I do not need to make any deposit but everything was confirmed set and ready to go. On Friday evening I made the necessary arrangements so that my spouse drop me at the Angus Glen location and to pick me in the evening. However on Saturday morning I got a call informing me that I can't have the truck at this location and that I have to go to another location to pick up and drop off the truck. My arrangement for my drop off and pick up was not possible anymore. I had to leave my SUV (initially planned for another usage) at the rental location. No explanation, no excuse, nothing , it is an EXTREMELY poor service for which I won't recommend U Haul.
