I was clear on the phone that I did not want the insurance when I gave my payment info and I was charged for it anyway. I was not happy that the entire floor of the truck was wet!! We had to scramble to find more boxes to lay down on the floor to keep our things from getting wet!

Went to one location, told I had to drive to another location, that was out of my way be 31 mile one way. Got to second location to have a bad tire that they put air into and told me it was ok. Drive 65 miles to have people beeping there horns to tell me that tire is almost flat. After about an hour, I was directed to a repair shop that took over an hour to fix the tire, but when they went to process the credit card from U-Haul, it was declined three times. It took another hour for U-Haul to pay the bill and for the repair shop to release me. By the time I got the car up to Owosso, MI, the buyer had to go to work and it cost me three days in a hotel ad do had to wait for him to return home. I know U-Haul is a huge company, but We do feel if you just gave a little more real customer service, you could be so much larger. I’m not sure what your cost of acquisition for customers but I can show you how to Lower that cost, just by taking care of the people that are at your door right now. People that has been useing U-Haul for the lost 40 years. With social media being so Available and visible to share your good, ok, or poor experience. Just a bad experience all around, sorry!! Very disappointed !!

The trailer didn't quite track straight. Added effrt and stress to an already long trip Pick up time was about 2 hours earluer than expexted. 9:00 appointment, but dealer told us t wait till 10:00. It was after 11:00 when we co ui ld finally leave the lot.

The over all experience from the initial telephone call to picking the vehicle was much less than desirable. The person answering the initial call seemed very unsure of her answers and was not a lot of help. Then at the office I was misquoted the prize involved and requested a much smaller vehicle than I received. No attempt to meet my needs for a smaller vehicle were even mention or offered. The vehicle cost approximately $55.00 more than the price quoted. I will not return to this location. If you want to improve your business start with honesty sincerity and plan old people skills.
