Honestly the experience was overall pretty good however the prices are a little bit on the expensive side.

This location is fantastic! Great inventory and they do what they say. Timely check in and easy drop and go after hours. Probably the best location in the Foothills.

The operators of this location were on vacation. It is a 24 hour location. Left the rental truck per instructions.

Such a great experience dropping the uhaul off. I was expecting it to me difficult but the online process and taking pictures of the vehicle and location was easy through the guided online process. Such a great experience. I once long ago (2013) rented a uhaul from a different location and as always I take a pic of the odometer before and after I finish and they added 40 miles to it. My husband had just died and I did not have it in me to even go talk to the shady uhaul vendor. During this process there was no way anything can be altered. I felt safe and comfortable with the process in this experience. Great job for both locations pickup and drop off. Thank you so much. Because of this great experience I will recommend both locations to anyone who needs a moving van.

Another amazing experience with East Side Storage, I believe I have took advantage of all their services and rented every option on their lot. Always a great experience. I rented a storage unit and also bought a storage building from them. I will absolutely recommend them to anyone I know. Time to rent another Uhaul !

Be honest about the costs charges and not lie when asked about the daily fees. I specifically asked if the safe care charge was a one time fee and was told that it was. I was charged twice for it. When making the reservation over the phone I specifically said I would be returning the truck at 5:00 PM on Thursday and specifically said it again when I was picking up the truck and asked for clarification. I was told that all the fees were covered through Thursday, 5:00 PM. Then when I turned the truck in on Thursday, 5:00 PM I was charged an additional day rate of $40 and safe care rate of $14. That's an additional $54 that I was charged wrongly and now I can't get anyone to answer the phone to rectify the mistake. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Miles allotted were not adequate. The cup holders will not hold a Yeti. A Ford design however if it seems like some sort of insert could be provided.

I absolutely love this place, this is my 3rd time renting from Ryan and David and they are awesome. We would recommend them to anyone. While I was there I was able to look at their Graceland buildings and they gave me an awesome deal on one to store all my extra stuff in.
