The truck I was given had trash from what I imaging was the previous customer. It also had a damaged right-hand side view mirror. I try adjusting it to see and it would go down, which is a hazard to someone driving. Trucks should be cleaned and inspected to be in usable shape before giving them to customers.

The original van we were to pick up had ants outside and inside of the van. It was kind of gross. But the agent quickly rectified the situation and swapped out our vans. I love this location overall and the agent had great customer service.

We needed a trailer to haul out weddding supplies out of town and were having the worst luck that week. The sales lady heard our story and told me she was going to give us a spare tire just in case. (This is not normal rental procedure) she said she wanted to make sure we got there sadly and in time. To us that made us feel like she truly cared about our rental. The rental and wedding went perfectly and we will defiantly use Uhaul again just because of the wonderful service!!!

They take a deposit of 100 and not put it in the recipe and went I return the truck they can't give me my refund of 100$ because the person that take my order the put it in the recipe this is the bad experience ever I have

No specific comments, experience was good. However, when I picked up the vehicle and also when i returned the vehicle, only one representative was on duty. That may be enough for most days, but I can see where there are a lot of returns, this could be a problem. My wait was only about 10 minutes, which is reasonable.

Honestly I can't think of anything that needed a change. The staff greeted me immediately outside with a huge smile and got me in my spotless, well maintained truck in under 5 minutes since I had a reservation. I have used Uhaul at several locations over the years, but this one by far was the best. Best staff I've experienced .

Slow check-in due to the online rental system that is either new and staff figuring out how to use or there was a glitch in the program.. And from staff comments it's an ongoing situation. So figure it out so it doesn't keep happening rather than to keep getting tripped up by it and delay for your customers. Staff was very courteous and helpful.....
