I wasn’t too keen on them calling my husband to verify me . I have never had this gotten done at a uhaul before. Also all uhaul computer lines should be linked to show that I have two storage spaces and verification should not have been done otherwise it was a great experience.

I rented an appliance Dolley and was charged for 2 , I was forced to get the insurance because I was told even if it wasn't my fault I would have to pay . $258 for 2 days is ridiculous , I will never use uhaul again

We used the truck 24/7 app and when we attempted to return our truck with a person rather than the app they stated we had to pay $8/gallon of gas to refill truck, however, on the app there was nothing about having to refill the truck before return. This should be specified at time of rental to avoid future confusion in using the app.

Worse experience ever. I arrive at 9:00 to pick up a trailer I reserved and paid for online. I still had to wait in line for over an hour. Manager spent over an hour with one customer rebuilding his defective vehicle. I didn’t leave until 10:30. Will never use this location again.

The truck was perfect. Very clean and even smelled good! We had a little hiccup with the Storage unit and ended up going to a different provider. Stressful only because we were moving at the time and maybe had different expectations. Overall, very good experience.

The truck that I was using was not well maintained. The right headlight was out. When I told them this they said that was all they had. So I could not drive it at night which really defeats the purpose. Also when me and my wife was driving it the brakes went out 4 times. Which was really scary since my only concern was to protect my wife. After the first time it went out on highway 75 my wife was not wanting to be in the truck any longer. The other 3 times it went out it was only me in the car. I tried calling them to let them know how dangerous this truck was but no one would answer the phone. I am just glad me and the wife was as ok and safe. But this was by far the last thing I wanted to deal with after having to move my recently deceased parents belongings.

The truck that I used was very "tired." There was at least 4" of play in the steering making it tricky to drive at speed. If I truly got the truck full of gas, then I got less than 8 miles to the gallon. I've got to wonder if 100k+ miles is wise for a truck that is by definition used roughly. Likely not the fault of the location, but when I brought it up when I returned the truck, the attitude was somewhat ambivalent.

First truck had broken side mirror and padlock without key, so had to return. Second truck had cracked windshield, no padlock, and no spare key. Store was understaffed and staff was inexperienced. Had to reprint contract several times. Took an hour to exchange. Staff failed to walk around and inspect either vehicle. They were polite and patient, but it was very frustrating. Have used this location before and will again, but there were massive issues this time.
