I was 45 mins late for my reservation. Upon my arrival, I apologized for the delay and explained that the delay was related to a traffic accident. I was then told quite frankly that the reservation was no longer available and that someone else had just reserved the truck that I was renting. The customer service rep said that I should have called if I would be more than 30 mins late. I again apologized and voiced my understanding of their policy., I left the premises and immediately commenced to searching for another location. We immediately made a U-turn because this exact same location had availability for the exact same location!! It wasn't even 5 mins later!! So I immediately returned to the store and the rep turned beet red when I told her that I was back for the rental. Her response was, â€œOh I guess that other customer canceled.â€ I seriously doubt that there was another customer. I felt that she was judging me and didn't want me to have the rental. If I didn't really didn't need it I would have gone somewhere else. Needless to say I secured the rental and returned it as promisedâ€"clean with replenished fuel!!Charvette S.

I was picking up the truck at 6 am and the place not well lit up. i felt a little unsafe. Truck was open, booked equipment was missing and the lock box was not locked? canÂ´t recommand that place.sascha S.
When I returned the truck I put $10 of gas in the tank in the way to the rental location. I only used the truck for 25 miles. When o received the receipt electronically there was a charge for gas. I called and no one picked up so it rolled to someone not at that site. I let them know the issue and they said someone from the site would call me. That was 2 weeks ago and no call. Everyone check your receipts thoroughly.Kevin K.
Not charge me for miles driven back to the facility because the employee forgot my dolly. I shouldn't pay for the 36 miles round trip to come back for things that were forgotten. That wasn't my fault, and the fact that I had to pay for their mess up is absolutely unacceptable!Domenique F.
