This truck should not have been rented out to anyone. Less then 2 hours of pick up my self and my 15 year old daughter were put in a very dangerous situation. The truck began to shake severely. Causing it to lose control. I was unable to control the vehicle . We were thrown off the road the only thing I could do was press brakes and slow down to pull off the road. I got out thinking we had a blow out but nothing. I then attempted to drive to the nearest exit, yet was unable to. I then called road side assistance to report my problem. I was told service was 90 min out. I expressed to the operator how unsafe our location was. I was told to stay with the truck. I did patiently. Let me state it was day light when I broke down. I expressed my concerns about the truck and I did not want to continue driving that truck. I had requested a new one and was willing to wait for the next business day. I was told i was understood and would be given information as to where I would pick up new truck. Still I was asked to remain with the truck. 3 hours went by and no roadside help. I had already arranged transportation since I was told this would be towed. When my ride arrived it took him an hour and thirty minutes. I then called again and expressed the danger I was in more importantly my daughter. It was pitch black and big rigs were passing very fast some coming to close for comfort. I was told to go ahead and leave the key in truck and go. The operator told me I would be contacted the next morning at 7:30 I left, an hour later I was called by different operator telling me I was responsible to go pick up the truck. Service tech was repairing the truck that the tire came lose baring busted out. I expressed my concern about the truck not being safe. She was very rude and said I needed to pick up the truck I was responsible for it. I did not want anything to happen to the truck since I was told it would be left on since it was in a dangerous spot, the lights needed to be left on.('truck was in such a dangerous spot yet I was still being asked to be there") I told the operator I was 2 hours out. She said I needed to get there right away. I held my tongue and came back the tech did not finish the work til after 1a.m. This was completely unacceptable. I was forced into a unsafe situation and should have been given a new truck so the current truck could be taken to a shop to get serviced instead of on the side of the high way. Maintenance that takes that long should not be done on side of road. And the costumer ("myself") should not have to wait for this especially in a location that is completely unsafe. I am very unhappy with how this was handled and I paid $513.45 for this rental. I should have been given way better service for my money. I am asking to be compensated for this poor service. And action to be taken on the operator who was not thinking about the safety of the costumer and my child. Thank you for your time. I hope to hear back from someone very soon to resolve this matter.
We did rent a trailer twice at this location. The first gentlemen we worked with was the rudest person. He rudely turned the keyboard my direction and said to type my information in. Then proceeded to curse because he could not figure why the computer was not working properly. We dropped off the trailer that evening to avoid seeing this person. We did need to rent the trailer again. I called and asked this same man if the trailer was available to pick up on Saturday 10/17. he stated yes and hung up on me. We picked up Saturday and appreciated there was another person at the desk and had Fantastic customer service. Sorry I did not get names, but the rude person was tall and tanned dark skin with glasses. The gentlemen with great CS was a smaller man.
The employee was busy with a customer and told me to just drop the trailer and he would forward the receipt via email as soon as possible. I never received a receipt to date. Even called once.

We dropped the trailer off before the time the facility opened, so we saw no one. But we were sent a notice that it had been checked in. It was easy to find in a good location for us.

The self service online method used by U-haul for pick up and return is excellent and expedient. I am glad they worked on their website to make this possible. I will recommend to all my friends and will be really happy to use again in the future if ever needed.
People at this location are extremly friendly, courteous and helpful. The web site was user friendly, and the customer service was fantastic
Truck was unfit for rental, costed me time and frustration in 100 degree weather..... not happy
The truck box was clean but the cab was very dirty and windows were not cleaned.
I was very satisfied with my service. The owner was very accommodating. I would recommend him and use his services again in the future.
Truck was excellent Tow dollies were in operatable. I had to drive about 40 mile round trip to get on the road. Also was told the opened at 0700. I got there at 0620. They did not open till 0830. All of this happened on moving day. I asked to be compensated for the problems they caused. They took about 20 dollars off my bill. I was very dissapointed. Thank you for asking, Buddy
