I am charged for two days even after returning the vehicle on time, doesn't makes any sense! Called the number couple of times and nobody picked it and how i am supposed to contact or reach out at that time if nobody's there at the drop off location. Its not right to say its hassle free. Confirm with store guy ( the pick up location). Very upsetting that I should have booked somebody else.

tri bService at pickup was more attentive than it was at drop-off. The equipment was overall good. The cab of the van wasn't as clean as I would have liked it to have been, and on drop-off, I reported an issue with the right blinker not working properly. Overall, a good experience and a convenient location for pickup.
Anne SYou guys need to work on your rates paying $150 for two days. It’s an absolutely insane won’t be using U-Haul again.
usman kThe 19.95 advertised is far from the truth the vehicle costed me $120.00 for 2 hours. I wouldn’t advertise that anymore because it will more than likely upset your customers
