He was not available for assistance at all not very vested in making sure things were smooth not a fan of this location Id recommend another location. Uhaul representatives were very njve and helpful on the phone but in person this vendor isn't very helpful

The fault was more with the online rental process. Changed the original location we booked to this one which was further away for us and didn’t have any dollies which we booked and then we had to scramble to find some and ended up back at the original location where they had the truck we wanted in the first place. Terrible company. Definitely wouldn’t use again.
Gordian KThe location was not open when it should have been. Which would have been fine for mobile pick up, if it weren’t for the fact that there is no cellular service at the location so you can’t connect to the app.
NICOLE LWhile I did my reservation to be a mobile pickup, the locations was open when I arrived and I did an in-person pickup and found it to be quick and smooth.
ELIZABETH MUhaul cheated me by changing my rental location and when asked for why changing the rental location, they suggested they will reduce the rate per mile to $1 instead of $1.29 to compensate for the extra miles that i will incur to pick and drop at the new location. Still after completion if the rental, they charged me wrongly and customer service is saying they cannot anything about it. This is really bad.
