This particular location was phenomenal! However, it was our fourth U-Haul location trying to find a trailer to tow our car. I reserved these two weeks ahead! The Nashua location not only didn’t have the trailer we drove to Milford and they had such an outdated dolly it wouldn’t fit our car and this comes with pictures and we had to try and attach it in a muddy field ourself! The s. Willow location is great, they saved us and had a trailer and loaded it for us. The dispatch for New Hampshire and Rhode Island had no managers on duty until Monday three days later and the representatives were not able to be helpful at all. I was not pleased with the entire experience and will now avoid U-Haul as well as tell friends to stay away. Oh and thank you for the $25 for my next uhaul that I will never use. This is by far the worst customer service ever.

Very grateful for a helpful suggestion from the Uhaul personnel. Moving is expensive and stressful, but it was a good experience with Uhaul this time around.

truck had bad powersteering/hydro boost leak that should have been found before renting truck.Had to put in 3 qts. of steering fluid to make trip. Also radio didn't work on drivers side,plus air noise at drivers door very load for 1,000 mile trip. Should check out trucks better.Hope we can get money on fluid.

The separate customer service phone line for this location was not good. The reps I spoke to when calling (603) 668-1762 all sounded like it was an inconvenience to be talking to me. I even had one rep hang up on me when I called to ask if someone at the location could check the truck I had just returned to see if a key had fallen. I know she had my phone number because she had just confirmed it and when I started to ask another question she hung up on me mid sentence and never called back. The guys working at the location were great, truck rental was smooth and cost effective, I was just very unimpressed with the level of customer service provided on the phone during calls I made before and after the rental.

When returning the truck... making the renter go through the process of checking out if all the lights are working on the truck seems a little crazy. Don't make the renter do this. Good price and truck worked great. Exactly what I needed.

I originally had reserved a Truck at the Derry Location. This was not ready for when I reserved it. I had to go 20 miles out of my way adding additional mileage to this bill. I was told that they made a note to allow a 20 mile credit for my inconvenience but at check out there was no note found. Drop off process. When I dropped off my vehicle a person dropping off the vehicle two people behind me demanded service ASAP and the people doing returns took that person first. I do not fault the person doing returns but people should have to wait their turn.

I was told on a recorded call that i would not be charged an extra day if i returned after hours and then i still was. I only returned late because trailer lights stopped working which delayed my trip. Very unsatisfied!

Have some 4x4 pickups. I ended up getting stuck going up a hill and it took me 2 hours to wait on AAA to help. If I had just 4x4, I would have made it no problem.

Hire not such rude employees ! An as well have them be more prepared for the customers ! An have more help checking in an out so it doesn’t take over an hr to get the truck which should take 15 min tops !!!

Experience was okay UNTIL: when I returned the van at the location, I slipped and fell in front of my son's car (my son and his girlfriend witnessed it). I got up, marched into the store and informed the staff of my wipe out on a very icy spot right at the customer parking area. I told the employees they are lucky that I am not injured nor am I one of those sue happy people, but somebody needs to treat that big icy spot. Response: " It is icy everywhere, we will take care of it". I asked them if I should show the crew the area. Response: " We will take care of it". I asked t what the holdup was, and that somebody should ice or sand immediately Response: "We will take care of it". THAT IS SHAMEFUL AND LAZY. WILL NOT RECOMMEND.

I had a very pleasant experience. Ramona was very nice and did a great job answering my questions and got me in and out very efficiently. She was awesome. I used the after hours drop box to return my rental. I thought that it looked pretty ghetto and should be more secure. If I was up to no good I bet I could have fished some keys back out of the slot and taken a rental truck in my opinion.
