I made a reservation at the Windsor Locks ct facility but was told the trailer was only available in Manchester ct, so I had top drive there instead. Also, there were many questions asked of each customer in front of me for their truck rentals. This could have been handled quicker and in advance via the same form where you have to upload your driver's license. I had to wait 20 minutes in line.

Awful service. Returned with the amount of gas instructed to. The worker claimed I returned it on empty even though I returned it with more gas than I got it (I got it almost on empty which is a problem to begin with). Was then charged extra fees. When I called, the manager and workers were unprofessional, and extremely rude. I could hear them making comments in the background while I was on the phone. Very unprofessional group and I will not return to this location, or use UHaul in the future.

THe uhual website is a joke. Why can I confirm a pickup time and location AND get a confirmation number online only to get a call 1 day prior saying that the only trailer available is actually a 30 minute drive from where I booked. This is misleading to customers. Don't give me the option to book a vehicle unless it is actually available. You wasted over an hour of my time!

Everything was great until the young man working used his personal phone to upload a picture of my drivers license. Very unsettling. Get your stores equipped with scanners. He seemed disinterested in my concerns and said “ yah, everyone complains about this” Get a scanner. It’s 2020. I don’t want my pick on that kids phone!

Was charged a fee without any explanation. And was also told to drop off the truck if I want but would have to sign up first which I did. But couldn't figure out how to get to use it on the app. Am not happy at all

Try leaving the correct key for the correct vehicle. Also, maintaining your vehicles and making sure the tire pressure is good, no check engine light on, etc. You guys are really blowin it.

PERFECT!!! Associate was able to fit my needs; "Go With The Pros" I am moving and made a Quick Pick up - Drop off. Only Full/Loaded Drawers (11). Thursday Pro Movers only have an Empty Shell (Lighter/Easier). When Furniture has been moved, I only return those drawers. UHaul Van was able to hold a Light BUT Wide by floor dimensions. Only 3 Miles for One Hour Round Trip, Same Street. Can't Beat It!!!! (DIY) Thank You, Joe

When checking the trailer connections the tech noticed that the left turn signal was not working on the trailer. He initially assumed it was my truck's connection that was faulty. I explained that I knew it wasn't my truck and plugged my brake light bar into connection showing left blinker working. I suggested it must be the trailer's light or wiring that was faulty. The tech refused my suggestion stating the lights and wiring were new. He retrieved an eight pin adapter and plugged the trailer in again. The left blinker again did not work. He finally checked the connections of the light and realized it was loose, causing the light not to work. He adjusted the connection and light began to work. As he closed the door to the trailer the light stopped working again. The tech banged on the side of the trailer to get light working again. Saying "it's working again so you should be fine" he sent me on my way. During my trip the person following me stated that the light only worked intermittently. With other trailers in the lot I don't understand why I was not offered a functioning safe trailer to use.

Doreen in customer service was very helpful setting up a last minute rental that another location was unable to support. I will definitely use the Manchester location in the future.

If your customer files a dispute and you tell them that they will be contacted within 48 business hours and there is no contact. Don’t just take it upon yourself to go through their account unauthorized, which definitely constitutes FRAUD.

This location has always been very friendly and professional. The location has always been clean and extremely well kept. As far as improvements for the next customer... there really is not one thing I can think of. I mean, even the bathroom is kept much cleaner than many restaurants I have been in.

Cashiers were very unprofessional. Yawning and holding personal conversations as I was checking out with one of them. One complained that she “still had 9 hours left on her shift”. That sane cashier had her eyes closed with her head down on the desk. Unprofessional but still functional.

Returning a truck after hours is a nightmare. I have rented twice and returned the truck after hours and both times I was unable to use the website provided. I was there both times for at least an hour trying to do it and I called customer service. Customer service is not very helpful. They wanted me to change the settings on my phone and download the app. I was not interested in doing so because I was already there for a decent amount of time. I also get disconnected twice while being transferred. I spoke to roughly 5 people and none of them could assist me. On top of it all I am being charged $20.00 for my aggravation. Not to happy about return policy. The employees inside the location are awesome and very helpful. I will give credit where credit is due.
