Parking the trailers are hard in the tight spaces. Also they are on a slope and rolled. We had to wait an hour to get our trailer.....there was another customer also waiting. The website would not allow me to pay nor did it give me the number for the trailer. It was extra stress for an already stressful day.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkTook 3 days to get into contact with anyone at this location. Individual was very rude and short during conversations. U-haul was not reserved at the right time and only had 1/4th tank of gas. U-haul also does not have hours or location pin correct. Very terrible all around and would never recommend.
dustin lThe location showed to be open but when I arrived it was closed!! Online offers you one truck and when you get to the location its not available!! Customer service is horrible its a 2 hour wait and then they transfer you around in circles!! Its a complete disaster!!! Thankfully I found Kaitlyn who was the sweetest lady ever and she helped me through everything!! Very horrible never again will I rent a uhaul!!
Brittany QPersonnel were absent. No apparent way to contact them directly. Entire business looked as if it was set up to be meet-less, coming and going. Very impersonal. Drop box requested (in writing) a copy of the invoice. This was not previously mentioned and I had to call in my return to corporate because I had removed everything from the truck. Will not recommend this site.
