The system was down and took 30-45 min for me to check out. Was given the wrong equipment which caused us to hand carry all my furniture. Between given the wrong equipment and the delay. I was unable to finish my move that day due to being late to my load in time at my building.

I am amazing, upset. Iam brazilian and I speak regular english, but is very good when has a brazilian friend to assist us. 10.05, a Brazilian was in attendance at Uhall Everett-MA, me and my friend, speak in portuguese, I think this girl is brazilian or spanish. She all the time, speak in english, that is ok, but, if she speak in portuguese, it would be much easier and more profitable for us. She asked how many miles I will do, I said 20 0r 25 miles. She did a stimated $ 69,15, but she but she didn't say she would be on hold, I didn't have this money in my account, I went to the nearest Eastern Bank and put more money. when we came back, she gave me the total amount of $ 86.17, so she said she would pay the difference, she said no, she would have to pay $ 86.17, and the amount of $ 69.15, in 2 or 3 days she would to my account and that I could pay the final amount in cash. My friend lent me $ 100 to finish the debt. You offer a van for $ 19.99, but you, forced me to have $ 155.32 there, I couldn't keep that amount in a holding company. I already rented it at U-Haul and it wasn't like that, they took my driver's license and the card number and hit the delivery of the van. Only at the end did she speak in Portuguese, I asked her why she didn't warn me. The supervisor who was there, told me when she called me that I would pay the difference, but the girl said she had put it on hold. They say that the worst enemy of the Brazilian and another Brazilian, the bad will of this girl, the lack of communication, made me very angry, next time, I look for another rental company that is not Everett. I delivered the truck the same day at night and the security cameras filmed me so I demand that I return my money now

Customer service The general manager was very disrespectful and told me the reason why I was charging additional days because she lost a sale on the 17-ft box truck I rented other than that she would have compensated me the additional day
I just want to say how helpful Bonnie was with all the questions I had before I picked up the truck. I spoke with her on the phone to change my time and she was there when I came to pick up the truck. She is very knowledgeable and extremely nice to work with.
Advertised for $19.95, then charged all other fees, ended up paying almost $90.00 for renting a van for less than 3 hours. Outrages. They charged me $25.00 cleaning fee after I moved couple of clean couches. I was told by Isaac it was dirty/dusty. Not true, and don't know if Uhaul expects customer to wash their vehicles. I didn't move anything dirty. Didn't offer anything other than: â€œI cleaned the van and those are the pricesâ€. How do you end up from $19.95 to $90.00??? I did buy insurance, but come on...Completely Dissatisfied and will not be renting from Uhaul again for sure..You got me this time, ok have at it, but never again.
Both employees at pickup were pleasant and efficient. No issues, Very simple and quick. I needed to change my drop location ( due to my error) And called the store right at closing time, Brittany answered and quickly assisted me with with no issues! Thank you very much! Highly recommend this location!
The fees were a little high. The truck is advertised at $19.99 yet I ended up paying $63

I rented a 6x12 trailer to move a tractor that was just over 5ft wide and it didnt fit. I was not able to use it. I brought it back the same afternoon expecting some sort of credit but was denied, which I thought was very unfair. Again, nothing wrong with the trailer accept that the opening was not 6 ft as suggested.
I reserved a truck online in Revere, the application told me there was availability but the day before they call me for a new pick up location, which is 5 miles further, meaning 10 extra miles at 1.08 plus taxes. About $12 extra to pay for a non expected relocation. I think in these last minutes changes, you should provide credit for those extra miles I have to pay

There was a dolly in the truck that I did not order. It was taking up valuable room in the vehicle. Would have been great to not have it in the truck.
The staff at this location were great! I really did not enjoy the online experience of getting the rental and returning it. The website did not work correctly for me. I was unable to return my rental through the online website and I never received a receipt.
