Clerk was too busy talking on his phone then helping us. Truck was clean and had 1/4 tank of gas. I asked for a dolly when I booked the truck and he asked if I wanted one. When I requested it, he then said he didn’t have any. So why ask me if he didn’t have what I requested.

Gregory RThey were friendly and polite, but the truck had a 'service needed on tire' light on. The store rep told me not to worry.luckily it was fine. I requested 12 blankets, they only had 8, he said he will adjust the bill. Not sure if he did..
Branka TWould have been better if I could have gotten the van when my reservation was scheduled… reservation for 7:30am reservation does not mean 9:3oam!!!
ROBERTM SI could not be more happy with my experience in dealing with this u-haul branch up here in Mahopac, NY. Speaking with Don and the field manager went so smoothly!! Definitely will use this cargo van again. It is a pleasure to drive and kept in great condition!! God bless all of you always!! Oh and we love the store clerk too!!
