Difficult to find - trucks & trailers hidden between tall, solid, wooden fence and back of apartments. Saw a guy walking in lot a good distance from equipment. We stopped him and asked him about the U-Haul office. He asked us if we did our information online (CC). After telling him yes, he told us we could go and hook up the equipment ourselves and he would send us a link for uploading my drivers license. He never came over to help us hook up or show us anything about the trailer. He called me on the phone and said we could leave. I felt the service at that location was horrible.

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulIt was hard to pick up. Found the truck (not where mapped) and checked it out. Felt very unsafe in a residential area trying to find an office to get the keys. Tried calling loaction - no answer. Finally called corporate who contacted rentee. The guy came walking from within the complex looking like he just got out of bed. Took an hour to pick. It up. Disappointing at best.
Greg RLocation was hard to find because there were no signs for the office. Staff was friendly a.d equipment was good, just hard to find.
Matthew LThe location was find but my experience was horrible. When you move is a stressful time and the planning is everything. So when you see your are not going to have a vehicle waiting till the last minute to inform someone is not helpful. Then you expect the customer to go in a whole other town to get a uhaul 3 hours after they was supposed to pick up.
