It was closed! I waited on hold for 20 minutes then got cut off. I didn't have the app, cell coverage was awful and it was in an unsafe part of town. I had to go to better cell coverage, get on the website, go back take pics and then go back to better coverage. Then I filled up the gas tank more than required and you charged me for going over 6 miles. Total BS. This franchise should not be an option for drop off! Horrible experience in 90 degree hear and 70% humidity.

Would of been nice had there been a representative there. No body there to assist in checking out
Allen MI have been using uhaul for years and this was the worst experience. It took me closer to 3 hours to get into the truck after driving 2 hours to get to the one way rental. The first location there was no one present and the door was locked. I called and left a message but did not get contacted back at all. I called in and got routed to a second location. There, the agent tried to rent me a truck that was filled with roaches that someone had returned literally right as i was arrived even though he had other trucks available in the back. Only when i asked to call dispatch to get rerouted did he "find" another truck. He disclosed the roached After taking my payment. After issuing a new truck, when attempting to complete the walk thru, we got an error because the keys and license plate didnt match. After calling dispatch a third time, we get to the location and the kind gentleman states the lady who issues the truck was not in the office. He atttempted but kept getting errors, Only after Facetiming the lady, was he able to complete the transaction. All this took close to 3 hours and set me back tremendously, .I was disheartened to say the least.
