The only thing that was a problem for me. Was I it wasn't clear which place I picked the truck up at. I think I'm a senior citizen so I could have missed it. Good customer service

UHAUL website was out periodically. Slowed down the process a lot. Staff was doing the they could.

Teresa JOnce the truck return, stop add all these different fees at the end a return. Never received a phone call from anyone or text messages email . The only thing I got was a receipt with all these fees that I owe now. Trying to take money out of my account several times difference amount amounts each time… U-Haul needs to have a better communication system.. and better customer service cause sometimes I think U-Haul are scammers!!!!
