Reserved truck and paid for moving pads. No pads were in the truck and no one to talk to as location was closed. Mention at the return site but said they couldn't do anything about a refund for pads. Took 3 separate phone calls, being put on hold each time to finally get the combination on the padlock that allowed me to open the back and get truck keys. 3rd combination provided finally worked. Was not easy and spent a lot of time.

Although the dealer was professional in her approach, the truck was not clean at all, and due to her lack of attention she had on my receipt that the truck was at a full tank of gas when it was just at a half tank; which made my return very difficult for me. Literally my drop off time was about hour bc we were trying to get in touch with her about the matter. Nice lady, but she just had too many things she was trying to do and trying to do customer service and it wasn’t working.
Alphonzo AThe customer service at this location "Sheds Auto Brokers" was excellent. Mrs. Moore was very knowledgable and professional. The experience was positive and so appreciated. We will definitely utilize this location in August when we move our daughter back into her apartment.
Rosa MI brought the U-Haul after hours and there was a man there that helped me. He detached the U-Haul for me. Very helpful.
