People need to know ahead of time that there is no office or personnel at this location! The way that our key was put in the lock box, it was impossible to remove it! The sliding door on number two did not open all the way because it was jammed on a piece of hardware inside and the key was jammed there also. We had no choice but to wiggling in a way that broke the plastic keychain. This made us late for our furniture pick up. But I called in and we were allowed to bring it back at a later time. After you have been hauling furniture and unloading furniture, it is stressful to have to take multiple, multiple photos of the vehicle, and we walked back-and-forth from the lockbox to the truck after we didn’t realize that we had to take pictures using the camera on the app. It was a very frustrating ordeal. I was not able to enter the odometer number until I tried about five times.
Cheri WThe trucknorder wasnt ready so had to go to another location and the we never had the dolly i paid for.
Sarah BThe truck was not empty when I picked it up. There were large, empty furniture boxes. One of the required steps before accessing the key in the app should be to take a picture of the inside of the back.
Felicia AThe truck share location was closed even though it was advertised that they would be open. The process was very clunky and I constantly to call to figure out the next step. Instead of explaining the process I was sent a video. In 100 degree weather this was not a great experience.
