Customer service is terrible, and the U-Haul sales associate was very rude. I will never book with this location again. I would rather drive 15-20 miles out of my way before renting at this location again.

Figure out a way that each person knows or come up with a better way to stop people from stealing the uhaul I shouldn't have to get a workout in just to start the truck each time I step out of the vehicle
MAURICE TClean the vehicle, ensure gas is atleast 1/2 tank and include rope. Sales clerk was very friendly.
DANA EMake that the customer is aware that the payment will be on hold for several days. Make sure that the final bill is printed after the rental.
LISA CThe truck's interior was not cleaned upon pick up and they gave it to me anyway! The truck was scrubbing badly when turning. I had advised the people upon returning it and they were aware but rented it out to me anyway! I will not rent from that location again. You all booked that location for me because at the other location, the person had not returned the truck that I was getting.
