From “Gunner” the manager of MN, ND, SD to the drop off everything was a hassle to work with you. I have used u-haul 6 times in the last couple years and I will not be using you again. From changing my pick up location (which there were still 6x12’ trailers in Sioux Falls, the morning of my pickup of a reservation) to you arbitrarily changing the drop off location of my trailer without my knowledge, I would rather buy a trailer for the next time I need your services. Everything about the u-haul experience was not easy or customer friendly at all. Gunner actually was more of a detriment than an asset as he seemed to find joy in being difficult than to try and empathize. Listen to the calls, because this person will definitely lose you business over his employment. Sorry to say, I’ve never had one issue before with using your company and after Friday/Saturday I’m done with everything your company has to offer.

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulOnly thing I wasn't ok was I need the trailer for the day and forced me to pay for two days. So 241 bucks was crazy and I had no time to go somewhere else . Because I could of rented a bigger trailer for 60 a day so there prices are to high. I think it should be based cheaper. But whatever life isn't cheap anymore

Scott VMike Hagan was super helpful, when I had few options and was traveling across state lines. He went above and beyond what one might expect from anyone, traveling with his own vehicle to help us load and secure our load!
Stephen KNo one was there to help us out. They were attending a local fair. At least they provided a phone number on a note on the door to call since there was no drop box and the office was locked. The gentleman was very nice, and we finally knew what to do with the rental after 20 minutes. The U-Haul app also is poor - really slow and freezes. My phone connection had plenty of signal and other websites worked fine.
