I called U-Haul and extended my rental another day. And hour later the location called me and canceled saying they were going to be closed because they were going to a wedding! They said if I did not return it by 6 PM I could not return it until Monday and they would charge me for two more days. Terrible service. Terrible attitude. Claimed there was a New scratch and charged my card $150 after I left! I am disputing the charge both with U-Haul and with my bank. Avoid this location!

Be understanding, the customers satisfaction is mostly reliant on its interaction with the staff. Ensuring that from pick up to drop off is a pleasant experience SHOULD be a non negotiable, and if you can make a slight exception for the customer... DO IT. in the long run it only helps your business because now that very satisfied customer will share the great experience with , bring you new business— while still continuing to support you themselves. ... when i returned my vehicle, the gas meter was 1/8 off from its original. The woman was bery abrupt when asking if i went to the station to film it back up, even though it was evident i had seeing as the ofometer read that id driven 40 miles. Paying for extra gas was not my issue, it was the way they comminicated it to me. And for it to be that little in difference did not call for the line of questioning that proceeded

The location is about average, but the customer service was exceptional. I was running late, they called me and kept the truck for me until my arrival. The truck was clean and in very good condition.

The location is excessive in fees and offers limited hours. We needed to change to a lower profile vehicle due to low clearance and we were forced to pay 2 separate contracts the vehicles equip. charge was the same. ;0(

System was down so they could not pull up my reservation that I had prepaid for. On the phone with Uhaul representative that told them to not rent the truck to me. When I objected because I had moved wait8ng for me, they finally relented. The staff at the facility were FANTASTIC. U-Haul rep on the phone was not.

One cannot find the location. The sign is very difficult to see. The lot is small and congested. On the other hand the man is nice and helpful

Vehicle wasn't full with gas so had to return it at the same gauge reading which was apparently not correct but would have been easier if the vehicle was set at full.

Initially I was told the reservation was cancelled, but was not notified by U-Haul. Fortunately a van became available and I was able to complete was tasks.

I understand that sometimes things do not go exactly as planned. Moving is already full of stress and hard enough as it is but U-Haul is supposed to make it easier and more convenient-not the other way around as in our case. Much of this disastrous customer service experience could have been resolved with just the minimal amount of communication between U-Haul employees instead the series of delays caused by U-Haul resulted in our moving two days later than planned and paying two times for movers who we missed the first time during our day long ordeal with U-Haul. Communication is key and so is thinking one step ahead in order to not waste the customer’s time and ensure that their trip goes as smoothly as possible.
