Horrible experience. Will not be trying to rent from this location again. Uhaul app had me verify multiple times, and placed multiple calls to my contact while they were at work. Multiple instances of customer service needed to just get the pickup going. I stayed at the pickup location for nearly an hour trying to pick up my truck. App was not helpful. Customer service chat and call not helpful. Received conflicting instructions to end ride. Will not recommend U-haul.

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulThe person I was on the phone with was very helpful, but it was extremely inconvenient that no one was actually physically there at all. The location was quite confusing too (which would have, again, been improved if there was a person there that I could talk to). If someone had been there to give me the key, it also would have allowed a standard uhaul lockbox where you just drop the key in when done. This is by far more convenient and reliable than having to call someone to get a temporary code just to drop off the rental. If my phone had had issues, I would not have been able to return the keys. To say again, the person on the phone I talked to was very helpful and quick to respond. I just think the location would have been vastly improved if, like the other uhaul locations I've visited, there was a person present.

Mikael DEs injusto que pague más en seguros y una multa por gasolina que por la van que alquile unos minutos , no tiene sentido .. 120 dólares por 45 minutos de una van . No es recomendable , y tuve que pagar 10 us por estacionar la van donde la recogí , nada de esto tiene sentido .
