Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulThis location was a last resort as the original location I went to did not have a ramp on the truck, now I reserved in the app for 6 hours but upon arrival I was told that I would have to return the truck by 4:45 basically their closing time. It took the person 30 minutes to get me out of there 1pm because of extra paperwork and I could not park my car there. If you cannot rent the truck for an allotted amount of time per the location then the app should allow you to do it then. There should also be something that lets you know you cant park your car there or the site limitations. Overall a bad experience. The lady at the front counter was nice but I would never go back to get a truck from them every again.
Daniel MFuel gauge didn’t work so I had to fill it with 114$ of gas when it should have been $25. App said overnight drop off allowed. They did not allow that so I had to find parking.
TIMOTHY VI'm supposed to take pictures of the vehicle and download them but there is not cell service in your area. A simple walk around with one of the guys should be all it takes. I've never had to do this before. I suppose it is because of attorneys advice. I've rented vehicles for business over 200 times all over the country and in other countries. Way to complicated for a moving van for a few hours.
john hGreat trucks. Rude lady
