I loved being able to do everything through my phone and the process was quick and efficient and the truck was clean. BUT there was only 1/4 tank of gas when we picked it up and after the truck was loaded, we were only able to drive at 10 mph because the transmission was broken. When we returned the truck and let them know about the transmission, we were told not to worry that they already knew that the transmission was broken. How can you rent a defective truck. It's dangerous!??

The equipment I rented was not in the truck. I called multiple times to uhaul customer service and spent too much time on hold without resolving the issue. I need to be reimbursed for all equipment rental charges. The truck also was missing a fuel return line (?) cap, so we smelled fuel and had concerns over filling the tank all the way. Since no uhaul locations around us were open in the early morning, we had to fashion a seal to keep from losing fuel on the road.

They charged me for 2 days rental even though a Manager assured me that by using the after hours drop box that I would not incur charges for an additional day. Refund my money! Curtis Morse

The agent processed our order to the best of his ability. He attempted to process our order on a register but after entering ALL of our personal information the terminal was not working properly and he asked the manager to use her register, she responded rudely to "use register 3". She commented to him that she still needed to call the problem in. He entered ALL our personal information again on register 3, the same thing happened again. She finally allowed him to use her register. She was rude, dismissive and we received no apology for the delay or inconvenience, which took three times as long to process. No one povided an apology for the inconvenience or anything, it was as if our time didn't matter. We are busy professionals, a lawyer and music producer, and don't appreciate being disrespected that way. She was unprofessional and Rude. Rude, Rude! Additionally, we were told the van we rented had a 4000lb capacity, upon getting to our destination we noticed it was only 3200lbs. Our load was extremely heavy, more likely over 3200lbs. Managers should know the capacity of your vehicles.

Your system delayed my move and i ended up losing money. Not to mention that the auto transport kept losening a tire strap that i had to stop every 50+ miles to restrap the wheel. Adding unnecessary stress on top of my cross country move from Long Beach Ca to Cincinnati Oh .
