The car itself was good. The employees in that location ARE EXTREMELY RUDE multiple customers outside were saying how unprofessional and disrespectful one of the employees above all. Couldn't get her name but it was a young woman.

Sinceramente me uviera gustado poner el nivel mas alto de recomendacion, pero lamentablemente estoy pasando un mala experiencia hoy en dia con U-haul despues de entregar la camioneta que fue rentada por parte de ustedes mi recibo total era de $435 mi gran decepsion fue que al llegarme los recibos del banco miro que u-haul avia retirado de mi cuenta de Banco casi $1500 dollars. Y es algo q asta aorita estoy en discusion con tal compaÃ±ia ya mensionada.

Clean up the sewer often it kinda smelled
make sure all the customer service are equal, 1st time I went and a lady was just sitting there in the phone, I have to say excuse me... EXCUSE ME !!! to bring her attention. The rest of the people was much better.

The guy who connected my trailer did an excellent job made sure my lights was working and was very respectful and got me going quick I'm most definitely coming back when I need to rent a trailer and would recommend this location
No need for improvement- process was quick and agent was professional and thorough.
The location itself was great it was just the self online check in process that is horrible. It took over 30 minutes after I arrived at the location to retrieve my rental because the online self check in kept having me retake my pictures and then had to verify my reference. Subsequently, my reference was sleep because its 5:00 am therefore I just think it was not a great experience and the customer service was poor handling the check in.
I am a frequent user for over 15 years. (Once or twice monthly) Your (on line) late check in procedures are extremely time consuming and confusing. I find them, by nature, demanding. There is no place no place inform you and get assistance for immediate problems with check out procedures or errors in billing. I was renting a TM class truck, that when did the "walk around" found had less than a 1/4 tank of fuel. The counter person then stated, " I would get a $10 discount when returning the truck with 1/4 tank or more." to the TM class truck being rented and leaving the lot with, what less than a 1/4 tank of fuel. Then quoting UH policy, continued " That a rental must have a min. of 1/4 tank in able to be rented." My rental did not meet that requirement and entitled me to appx. $10 dollar refund if I returned it with at least a 1/4 tank. Making sure my refund, I did just that. .... Well, that did not happen. I was also told that I would be able to come in the next morning to pay in cash, not wanting to use my CC for payment. That also.... did not happen. Nowhere could I find a way to "Night Drop" if you did not own a cell phone. Or if you do, have one with internet access. Of which, I'm the former. So I had to pay some one to accompany me and use their phone. Proceeding on with the "Night drop" I read, that if you want a U-Haul employee, to check you in, you will be charged an additional $20 fee. After reading the value or cost set on, then charge for a U-haul employee to administer that task, I feel that because you require me to help in what is considered as "Part of your doing normal business", I should be paid the same. My time is just as valuable as what you charge for person on U-Haul's payroll to do. It is your policy that transfers a U-Haul labor cost from employee to the, ( nonexistent and unpaid ) "Time card" of customer. As a customer I do feel obligated to, or have willingly offered to assist U-Haul in lowering labor costs or increasing profits. You have my name and mailing, and e-mail address on file. Just use that information to forward payment of the promised gas discount your automatic "Drop off " software failed to apply, as well as a $20 payment I'm now billing you. The $20 is for my labor. That amount being established by, and in reference to, the above mentioned $20 amount you set and established by fee you charge a customer if you do it. Better customer service. Didn't get any details. They took my order wrong. Placed a one way trip but they set me up as local and had no other choice because it was my only available day to move. Place seemed as nobody worked there
The lady was very nice and informative. She was very helpful guiding me through the process and walk around the truck for inspection. She was very attentive. It was a great service.
The guy working there was not polite customer service wasn't too good... i booked my trailer for a 24 hour period . They called me at 5:45 ish asking me am i bring it back at 6, im like i have it for a 24 hour period the guy said no you dont and was rude about the situation then when i brought it back it had changes for 2 days when it shouldn't have .... that location is not koo
Easy online selection and pre checkin Friendly and quick staff
I entered the building and the manager didn't even greet us he was sitting down on the computer just talking to his coworkers. As I was standing there I waited for a few minutes to get his attention. It took us a while to get what we needed and there wasn't even no customers there!
You guys are right on the money! Staff is friendly, helpful and a pleasure to be helped by you guys . I'm definitely will recommend!
Not a good service
Everything was good excellent service.
Just horrible experience with this rental. Don't know if it is this location's fault but they didn't have our truck the night we wanted due to last renter's not returning on time. Then they put us back in the queue but they gave us a 26 instead of a 20 the following night and they originally assumed we wanted a 9AM pickup when I had mentioned I wanted a 7:30. They also got the drop-off location wrong. Again, not sure if it is the fault of this location but whoever made this reservation just completely dropped the ball. It was a horrible experience.
Very fast service No change needed
The girl that called me when I had to extend my rental was very rude, maybe some customer service skills. She yelled and told me I ruined someone else's day and I was going to have to pay extra for the truck. That's fine if that's the rule, but my day was ruined when the moving help.com crew didn't show up to move me....why was I to do?
