The original contract was done incorrectly. I was hauling a 2022 Toyota Camry, which I told him, but they hook me up with a toy hauler instead of an auto transport at the pick up point I should have declined or canceled the original reservation and wrote a new one to get it Auto transport however I stayed with the toy hauler. It worked, but the tiedowns were nonexistent totally inadequate the drop off point was perfect and every way.

Cettina RI was supposed to pick up the U-haul from a different location. However, upon arrival, the dealer advised that a U-haul rep had come by earlier and took the furniture dolly I was supposed to have. I was redirected to this location, where he was very helpful.
Michael WReceived a local truck to go from Georgia to Ohio. This was not Tangerine Marathon Food Mart fault. Ordered the truck well in advance at an Ace Hardware store. Was told that store wouldn’t have a truck available. Was told to go to the Marathon store.. arrived there no truck available was told to go to a 3rd location but I had no ride there after being dropped off by a Uber driver. After about 2 hours they decided to give me a local truck to drive to Ohio. The Marathon store didn’t have the dolly’s or pads I ordered so I had to drive to the 3rd destination to pick those up. Do better U-Haul
