I was charged for things The truck didn't have on it , dolly blankets etc I was over charged on mileage that I didn't use or get refunded for they was very unprofessional while conducting business which I put aside for thinking my money would be refunded for the mileage they are scamming people out of money by over charging

The 15' truck i rent was not maintained it was giving me a hard time when i try to accelerate after a full stop
The whole experience was horrible. I reserved a truck two weeks out of my move in date. I received a text a week out that I will have to use a different location. My original reservation was at 9 to accommodate to my lease signing at 1030. I noticed the time change a day before my move and had to push back my signing. I then received another call, 30 minutes before my pickup, that the truck was not available. They pushed back the pickup to 12. My original scheduled pickup Time was to accommodate to my brothers overnight work schedule. He was my only help. This made it extremely difficult to adhere to my contract schedule. I finally picked up my truck after signing my lease at around 1230. I did not start my actual move until around 2. I originally scheduled an 8 hr but changed ton24 due to the change of events. This issue had nothing to do with the store that I picked up from. I understand the COVID restrictions and know availability is not like in the past. This is however leaving your employees open to unfair treatment by irate customers. I manage an IT call center so I am used to the irate customer experience. With that being said, I try my hardest to remain professional and not let my frustrations get the best of me. I'm not perfect but was this day. Please figure out a better system for your team members to succeed. I was also late bringing my truck back. This put the location I rented from in a tough spot as it caused a bad experience for another renter. I hope your surveys recognize those circumstances and do not penalize the site.

The gentleman that handled my drop off was very welcoming and professional. It was at the end of his day( near closing) and he was attentive and even asked if I had a ride coming( I was waiting outside for my husband). I felt like he genuinely cared , as a fellow human being; not just a customer.
