Had a lot of issues with the app. Mainly trouble dining in and pages either not loading or taking forever to load. Could definitely use a lot of improvement in the user experience. Why doesn't it keep me logged in in the first place. Made me do it every time I opened the app

ANDRE GTHANK GOD FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. This has been the worst experience for me and I hate that U-Haul is allowing outsiders to work under there name like that because no type of assistance at the location I rented from. Also the truck need to be whipped down the front is nasty I didn’t even use cup holder just nasty but thank you customer service I need my receipt it did say my check out was complete but why was I charged for something I paid my own fuel for . I put gauge back where I found do I need to show receipt for my gas purchases
