The website was great to book the U-Haul. But the day of we picked up the U-Haul according to the directions emailed to us. But 2 hours into having the truck we started receiving calls and email that we didn’t pickup the truck and it will be cancelled. We were in the middle of moving so I wasn’t checking my phone. I had to call to let them know we did pick it up. She check us in and we hung up. She called me back a minute later and said we were never registered to have the truck. I had to call her back when I wasn’t driving to give her all the info she needed. Then w few days later we received another called checking to make sure we checked in the truck, which we did and she said she had to call the lot we got it from to check: Honestly, it wasn’t the best experience. It wasn’t as easy as I had hoped. The added stress was not great. However, the truck was the perfect size, easy to drive, and easy to load things in and out.

DOUGLAS BExtremely easy to find. Personnel came out to the back of the lot and got the keys as to not let me get soaked in the rain any further from taking photos. Would recommend as a pickup or drop off location.
