Location has no one on site and is down gravel road so if it has rained expect muddy vehicle or equipment. Contacted that item was dropped off but week later was called by Uhaul asking if I was still using item. Not best experience.

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulWe were delayed an hour getting the truck because no one was there. A UHaul rep had to come to get the key for us and complete the rental. Two days later dropping the truck back off, the same three FedEx delivery notices were still stuck to their door, and no one was there during their posted hours again.
JEFF CFree dumpster, especially if you have to return truck and don’t have room in storage space to fit over packed items or broken items.
Theresa CVery easy and quick.
Connie GThe location was fine. It is however unmanned. I was very unsure of how to handle the return of the trailer I rented. I was able to reach someone by phone eventually. So it all worked out. But was just confusing.
