Friendly folks to help out. The friendliness is so important and no one here has acted like I'm an inconvenience, I've really appreciated that. Improvements: quicker trailer hook ups/inspections....could always be faster with this in my opinion while still being safe, just sometimes folks are in a hurry to get a job done. My experience today however was excellent, both on pickup and drop off. There have been times where it wasn't so prompt in the past though...

I came in and it was pouring rain and the crew still came and hooked up the trailer for us and was still polite and professional even though it had to be frustrating for them. I really appreciated their help and friendliness.

The trailer I rented was in good shape other then the drivers side brake light being broken. Other then that I was additionally charged for an extra day that I did not use the trailer I picked the trailer up at 8am on 7/20 and dropped it off around 7pm 7/20 and was billed from 7/20 to 7/22. I contacted them and still have heard no word. This is unacceptable I was told I was good to go and nothing else was needed from me when I dropped off the trailer I even made sure to ask several times if they needed anything else.

The staff at the location I went to was very rude. When I went to the location the associate told me there were no available U-Haul. I called a different location and they told me where I could get a uhaul only to direct me to the first location I went to. The associate that helped me rushed me while I was reading the contact. There were no clear instructions about how to return the U-Haul. I called customer support and the lady on the phone said well we can’t help you you should’ve listened to the instructions that I was not given in the first place. The associate who was rude at the store location is Abel Gonzalez.

the truck ran very rough...missing badly..struggling up small hills....the check engine light was on...I called Uhaul, was transferred to roadside svc, and no one ever answered...Was one of the Hottest Days of the year here and the AC was only marginal, and went off and on...The truck was clean...the Personnel at the Location I used on New Circle Rd were very cordial and friendly...I WILL go there again...

If they were to contact people when their items are not available before they drive up there, or at least let them know they cannot fulfill the request instead of leading them to believe everything would be fine - and thus delaying the move - that would be great. The one employee I dealt with on the evening of Tuesday, July 16th was very friendly and helpful though.

The charged me a extra $20.00 because the guy, but in the wrong gas mileage before I left he said he didn't have a pen to change it. The process took to long. They gave away they guys truck next to me and they where laughing about it when he left.

We got there at 7:50 and it took over 30 minutes for us to get the uhaul. One person to wait on over seven people. Got truck and although we were told it had 7/8 of a tank it about 1/8. We did take picture and they refunded 30 dollars. We ordered pads but they did not have them all. We had just moved our son two weeks ago and had a much better experience at the uhaul we used in Florida. Just want to be honest. I was frustrated today.

Check in and rental was fine but I tried to return the truck using the app after store hours and it would not open. Sat on hold with 1-800 Go Uhaul for over an hour before I got assistance. Customer service would be higher on your list! I would like a refund.

It had been 20 years since I had rented a moving truck. I rented the 26 ft truck. The people at U-haul were very friendly and helpful. I dropped a wheel off a curb and they got a wrecker right out to get me back operational right away. I would use U-haul again!

The reservation process isn't what was expected we reserved a 17 ft truck a month in advance at another location we call a week before to validate the info was told it was still good to go... the night of we get a text/email changing our location and gave us a different truck (26ft) which was way to much truck for a 2 bedroom apartment not only did that happen then our pickup time changed from 9am to 2pm ... the whole point of a reservation is for a seamless transaction and this was not that. When you already have the stress of moving to a different state or just moving moving in general you would hope something you planned more than a month out would be the least of your worries and in this case that wasn't it.

The website and this survey show the address as 1200 New Circle Road and it should be 1200 East New Circle Road. I used a Lyft to get to it by the address on the website and it was an overgrown field. Please change this on the website. Thank you.
