Cast aluminum components on floor in front of trailer were cracked (~1/8" opening) allowing water to enter trailer wetting contents. Silicone calk would remedy the problem. Otherwise the trailer, while old and well used, was excellent as was the service and personnel at this location.

Extremely long line during pick up.



Overall horrible experience!. Location did not have reserved dolly. Sent to other location to pickup equp. Was told I would not have to wait. This was not the case, was told I had to do new contract behind 3 others we who waiting. In the end, did not have the equp needed. Called customer service to inform them due to traffic I would need to return after--hours. Was charged an additional $47 and the agent could not explain why! Still do not know why I was charged and additional $47 on a $29.99 a day rental. (Note: this was not mileage charge.) The truck was in need of brakes and rotators. Did not feel safe on the road! In the end, I will not rent or purchase other materials from UHaul in the future. Suggest additional customer service training for agents.

The whole computer system went down while I was waiting to get my rental. It took a long time for them to figure out the problem and start doing it off line. If this was a scheduled computer update it should not be done on a weekend, It took about an hour o get my rental.

The customer service SUCKS. NOT AT THE LOCATION but when you call to speak with someone it goes to a call center. They SUCK. I got a truck on Saturday and I was charged for a utility dolly that wasn't in the truck like it was supposed to be. I called and got someone at the reserve center. Apparently when you call the store and they dont answer it goes to the call center. So I tell the guy that I didnt get my dolly, he gets smart with me and says well you are going to have to go back to the store to get it. I told him then I didnt want to be charged because I am not going back. Fast forward to after our move and we drop the truck off. I called again and sure enough CALL CENTER AGAIN. They put on my account do not charge for utility dolly. Sunday no receipt no nothing. Just a message that our card had been charged. Monday I chat with someone not only does it take 3-4 minutes after they got on there to even say hello, then she just sits there never answers my question what so ever and when I asked for a sup thats when she started responding. So I ended the chat. Called and of course its busy no problem I will wait. I get a very nice gentlemen on there that says that he will send a message to the manager to get this taken care of. That was 3 hours ago. no phone call no receipt no nothing. The location itself is wonderful. Its the people that try to communicate with the location that SUCKS. If you cant take care of your customers online and over the phone how in the world do you expect to have great customer service within the location with NO customers? I am still waiting. I have been using uhaul for almost 10 years now. I know the process I know how things work. Please fix this. Dont lose a loyal customers over the stupidity of a couple of customer service reps that need an attitude adjustment.
