This is the second time I have ordered furniture Dollies and they were not provided. I was also given only half of the blankets I ordered. The app was very difficult to use to check in. It took 30 minutes because I could not get a clear shot of my license.

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulThe pick up location was changed after I made the reservation so it would’ve been fair to compensate leniency in regards to mileage charges. Also the truck we used had prior damage to it already but still ran fine. Only had 1/4 tank of gas when we picked it up so we returned it with more than we started with (close to 1/2 tank).
Nichole SWhen I made the reservation the girl said she was new....she sure was! I was picking up the truck at 7 am, before the store opened. She told me the keys would be in the red lock box and gave me the code. Turns out the red lock box is for returned keys. So I took out the keys for a different truck that someone else returned. She never told me I had to sign the truck out thru the app. And the app was a nightmare too! Took almost half an hour but finally got the right truck.
