BARBARA RTraveling 1500 miles with my U-Haul trailer I was given sound advice by the proprietor. Long haul the double axle is a smoother pull and easier on the heirloom furniture. The insurance for a one way 1500 mile time limited trip would be advisable and obtained. Road construction in Oklahoma City resulted in a drivers side wheel damage. An immediate Google search found a U-Haul agent 3 miles away. Dee Ray the U-Haul agent immediately to control. U-Haul central office was contacted, pictures were sent with my phone, and an immediate decision was made to replace the trailer: broken axle. An area replacement was located, contents were transferred, and I was on the road again in less than 3 hours. I do not believe any other rental service could have duplicated this performance. I highly advise and will support this company to anyone needing logistical services.
