Really good and friendly customer service.
Sebastien BNo jack for a heavy double axle 6x12 trailer... very heavy to lift onto hitch. Roll up door was so dry in the tracks that could hardly open or close it. No regular 6 pin round trailer wiring. Just cheap flat 4 pin. I had to run myself and go buy adapter. The owner of the trailer (not the store owner but the guy who rents his uhauls using that supermarket location) was a total ignorant jerk on the phone and extremely unhelpful.
CLINT ASometimes low on equipment out where I’m at but they always pull through and help out one way or another. Good rates, easy to use trailers, good people. One thing I could see being an issue for some folks is the lack of a jack for the trailer hitch. Some people wouldn’t be strong enough to lift it onto the hitch.
