When we picked up the truck the gas cap was off, we told the office worker. She didn't seem to care and said "it happens all the time" We cared Because it wasn't the same as what she had on the papers she gave us and it meant we were ĺiable for more. Uploading pics was not user friendly. Got to daughters to load the truck, opened the back which was unlocked... it was full of trash and debris. The tabs were not in tact on the blankets or hand truck either. Return the truck and park it where we got it. Locked it and dropped the keys in lock box. Then the return option asks for more photos to be uploaded. Which kept kicking us off in the middle of trying to take pics through the window because the key was dropped off already. The inside of the truck hadn't been cleaned in who knows how long. So, we've moved, it's 95 degrees out we're hot and the return process now took 30 minutes. Not fun!

Engine light was on, it may need service
Amy WVery clean drop off area. Several trucks were parked there so we parked at the end of the line of trucks. Drop box was in the open and not hard to find. There was not an attendant at the drop off site. But I answers yes to the question so I could submit the review
Kathy BThe price of renting a Uhaul is astronomical. For a 10ft truck, 4 hour rental, with about 90 miles it was over $170, plus fuel. The final total will be over $200, FOR 4 HOURS. Remember when it used to actually be $19.99 with unlimited miles? App and website didn't work properly during initial check out or return. The process wants pictures and but refreshes the page while you're off the screen, messing up the process. Drivers side mirror was cracked and while on the way back, a message popped up stating, Transmission hot, idle engine". Unable to use the app or website to return the truck due to it not being able to get my location. I tried the chat feature to notify them of the return and it wouldn't submit my messages. I then attempted to get a callback. I received the call, it played music, and said "goodbye". I just dropped the keys in the box and left. Terrible process, outrageous price, never again.
