The truck is in horrible condition and it took 30 minutes to check out a truck. Note, I did not use the online method. Once I receive my bill, it’s hard to understand how they got to their total. I feel like I was overcharged.

josh FI will never recommend this location. The store mgr was rude - said we are t even auto be open - the truck wasn’t ready and we had to walk far to get it. The back of the truck was not swept out and was dirty. Instead of having it clean with a dolly .. they put a dolly out side the store for us to put in. We wasted almost an hour picking up the truck since the app was not working. There is a sign inside the truck that states you get 25.00 back if left swept out and blankets folded. I did that because that is how I am I clean up. Did I get the $25.00??!? NO!! This place is a joke!
Doris CFortunately, there was a sign where you turned in, otherwise I would have thought I was in the wrong location.
