The only difficulty I had was the app. It was difficult to navigate and didn’t function properly. The Location of pick up was easy to find. The people were friendly. The drop of location was easy to find. After a long difficult day of moving these things matter. But please make that stupid app simpler to use

RAY NCan't remember the lady's, but she was real nice and professional and helpful. My only real issues with this location, is that I even showed her that this was my return location, but she couldn't see me in the system. She had to contact someone else and add me. Wasn't able to print anything at this location as well. Again, I need hard copies to turn in for the military. She said she would email me the turn in receipt shortly, I ended up having to go back the next morning because I never received the email. She said they were going to wave the fuel charge and extra mileage fee for me, one, I put more gas in it than I received it, have pictures of pick-up and turn in fuel levels. And two, I was never told I had a mileage limit, so how was I supposed to know if I went over or not? I would recommend for personal use, but not for military moves. FYI, I selected Not Applicable for the recommend a friend question. Wouldn't let me submit unless I picked yes or No. Why have the other option then?
