We received a call just before the appointment to pick up the rental truck and at 1st was disappointed. The CS rep did connect us with a facility nearby that had the vehicle and it worked out good. The communication on this was great. Making the reservation online was easy and the pre check-in helped save time at the counter when picking up the vehicle.

The only issued that I had with my experience is using the Mobile app to show proof that I returned the rental in good condition. I was asked to take a dozen pictures which became very annoying
