The gentlemen on site was very helpful. However, we had to speak to an area representative to provide information already in the system. Just didn't make sense. Also, this is the second time we have rented a trailer in Las Cruces. Each time we make a reservation at one location we have to pick up in another. That doesn't make much sense. In my opinion, we should pick up from the same location that we made the reservation. We make reservations far enough in advance that the trailer should be where we reserved it from. I really don't want the answer of "well we don't always have them at the location" - make sure the trailer is at the location.

FRANCES MEveryone was extremely courteous and quick! The truck was clean and everything worked. We had a storm roll through and appreciated the heater and windshield wipers being in perfect condition. Overall a great experience.
