I have been avoiding Uhaul for the past 20 years due to a horrendous experience I had with the company. This was a really good experience. Thanks again and I will use Uhaul again.

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulMy transaction went very well. The staff were helpful and everything was in order. When I placed my online reservation with U-haul, I was supposed to pick up my equipment from a different location but was informed 24 hours before pick-up that the equipment was no longer available and that I had to deal with a different branch of U-Haul. This caused me a fair bit of grief and some effort to resolve. Fortunately this new supplier resolved my problem.
Mark BVery friendly and helpful!
DENNIS SThe enclosed trailer I rented had no way of removing it from the hitch except manually trying to lift it off. I had a situation when the trailer was loaded and I needed to remove it so I could go pick something else up with my truck but the trailer had no jack so I had to unload the trailer completely so I was able to lift the trailer off the hitch. Completely unacceptable.
