Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulConvenient location, rental and return were easy. Clerk was easy to work with.
Joseph Wthe initial aspect of obtaining the key to the truck was somewhat complicated.........I entered the code to unlock the lock but couldn't get the lock to open.....I had to call the 1-800 number to gain instructions......which were....to roll the tumblers on the lock for about 30 seconds.....then enter the code.....other than the time and effort it took to get the key to the truck......everything went rather smooth....
Michael MThere was road dirt on the outside of the truck, but overall it was clean inside.
MASON AThere wasn't any one at the drop off location.
