First it's essentially located in an abandoned parking lot with a rundown building and old decaying homes behind it. There's no signs to direct customers. I recommended changing locations and using marketing better to advertise.

The quote I got from Uhaul was $749 for this truck. Instead Uhaul changed the location and up the cost of the same truck to $901. They did not tell me and did not notify me about the higher cost. So I drive over 700 miles to get this 15 foot Uhaul and find out that the cost to get the truck was significantly higher than what I was guaranteed on the Uhaul.com site. I had to get my things from the storage unit and move them to my new home 700 miles away. I had no choice but to take this truck. But this was aweful I was not prepared to pay that much for 15 ft truck. Then on top of the significant cost increase, Uhaul is wanting to charge an additional $27. The deal was I was to get this truck for $749, not the $901 like I was charged when I got there. This should be illegal to do. No notification about price increase at all. It was a huge surprise when I got there to get the truck. I ended up having to borrow money for gas, because I was not prepared for that $901 fee for this truck. Shame on you Uhaul for flat out lying and pulling the bait and switch.
Beverly MFirst place said they were opened and would meet me to give me the keys, they never showed. Had to get re-routed 20 miles away to a new U-Haul. The one I got was pretty rough. I paid for a dolly and also never received a dolly.
Avery RTruck was a lil dirty could have been wiped down and vacuumed. Also it ran so loud like something was wrong with it and I was given a quote wen I reserved once I checked out after picking up truck price was a hundred plus called and problem wasn’t resolved
