The employee present was very helpful and also explained to me that the truck I had rented was inadvertently a truck intended for an in-town move rather than a cross state move. Thanks to his assistance I was able to better plan for future trips and also received a refund for the fee from U-Haul support due to the confusion in placing the order on the U-Haul app.
