No, everything went well. Only suggestion would be to remind customers when you drop off after hours that you need to use the app.

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulThe app setup was fine but it got to a point where it wanted a second form of id and I wasn’t aware of the verification side. It made the process an extra 15 min.
David GThe U haul rental process was time consuming on the front end delaying the movers from getting started by 45 minutes. Drop off process was more streamlined. Location and service provider was excellent!
MARY MWe really appreciated the service here. Tammy was wonderful, so helpful, kind, and understanding throughout the entire process. She truly made a stressful task much easier for us. Thanks again!
INTISSAR AThe truck and location were just fine and the truck was clean. The app I used to pick up and drop off the truck was not running well though. I had to enter in information multiple times and got stuck in an endless loop of pages where it was confusing that I had to back out of the page to move forward in the process. I will likely try and work with a person over using that app. The mileage reader on the van also claimed I drove 20 miles which seemed far too much and the gas mileage left jumped from 185 down to 173 after driving 2 miles. So there may be some mileage counting issues in the van. Still highly recommend using uhaul, just rent while people are present for a better experience.
