Your customer service "team" is a total nightmare to deal with. Your reps had no clue how to set up a proper time or location to pick up the truck I needed. The business owner of the location I got the truck from was almost hour late cause your reps did not properly communicate with him that we were scheduled to pick up at 8am which he showed up at almost 9a. The app is totally garbage as it lacks in communication to your reps and runs horribly. Upon making a complaint to customer service, the u-haul rep acted as if my time/money wasn't valued so that was very disappointing not to mention disrespectful. U-haul doesnt care about their customers and that's insanely obvious. This is the second time I've had issues like this using this company for my moving needs (not to mention renting a storage unit years ago which was a nightmare of it's own.) So this is definitely the last time I will be using u-haul and will recommend anyone else avoid using it too.

The gentleman was so nice and very helpful to me especially because I have issues with physical disability.
Laurin CThe brakes and the issues with the advanced stability control system had major issues, every time I would hit a bump the cruise control would shut off, 😒 made the 12 hr plus drive hell !!! But the brakes on the truck and also the auto hauler where spongey and at times felt like didn't work at all, had to use the manual downshift with engine brake to slow down ... worst experience I have had with Uhaul EVER... !!
