Taillight was out on tow dolly.My car wouldn't fit on the dolly so I had to drive to Crowley to pick up an auto hauler then drive back to lafayette to put m y car on the auto hauler.

This location (on Cameron Street) is very dirty and nasty. It’s a nasty trailer and don’t have seats for customers to seat in while we sign paperwork. We had a UHAUL reservation at 2:15, no one was in the dirty, filthy office at that time. We had to wait about 5 minutes in our car for the only worker to show up. Fast forward to us dropping the UHAUL back off, (which we only had for about 2 1/2 hours). We put the gas back in the UHAUL (more than what was in it before) the 1 lady told us we was off by 1 mile, yes 1 mile and charged us $0.97 for the 1 mile!! Mind you, we put more gas in the UHAUL after then what was in it before. SMH!! I would never rent from this location ever again!!!! And we have rented several times from cleaner locations!!
