Missing “S” hook on one of the safety chains, other than that, it was a good rental/experience.

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulThe location was at a gas station. Only one person working so had to wait to complete transaction. Also, the person at the location is unable to resolve issues., Did not receive the size truck I ordered and they did not have the dolly I ordered available.
Eleanor CThe lady we rented from was extremely rude. Would not recomend this site
Dennis NThe guy responsible for renting to me was an a****** very rude very unprofessional do not recommend
Brendyn DLocation is dirty and rundown. Process was not smooth at all and not sure why everything’s not done online at this location so all you do is pick up. My trailer also had a old gas can in it from the previous renter and it smelled like the gas it spilled out. Trailer was crowned between two buildings and I had to pull it out myself by hand, it would’ve been impossible to back a truck back there and hook up to it.
