Manager was rude. Was charged for a full extra day for bringing truck back 25 min last when it should be returned but called manager to let him now that I was running late.

I did not know this until I arrived at my destination, but the person that helped me unload mentioned that the safety chains should have been crisscrossed for additional safety measures and to prevent the chains from being too close to the ground. Other than that is was a good experience.
